Your Maddison Wills® product is designed to help you draft your own Will by making physically handwritten entries by you checked against a draft Will. Your Maddison Wills® product is intended for use only in simple, straightforward and uncomplicated matters.
By using this product, you agree to read and follow the sample Will and guide provided in full, use only accurate information such as full legal names and relationships, review and approve all information in your draft Will before completing your actual Will, and carefully follow the instructions within the guide provided for signing and witnessing of your Will.

Unless you use our company’s Will Vault service, Maddison Wills Ltd will not know whether you have executed a Will or not. In the case of your death, you accept that Maddison Wills Pty Ltd will not be responsible for contacting your trustee or executors.
